Ladies quilted jacket by Fransa.  Inner elastic drawstring, snap detail at side seams and an intricate all-over quilted design give this jacket a lovely European look.  The soft "furry" lining at collar is in a matching caramel color (not white as shown). Falls to mid-thigh.
