The CCM FT1 Senior Shoulder was developed to be extremely lightweight and improve on its predecessor, the CCM QuickLite line. The new construction focuses on freedom of movement, without sacrificing protection.

When looking closer at the protection, the Jetspeed FT1 features an Amplified Mobility Design with molded Zotefoam. This closed cell design absorbs less sweat. This keeps the user dry and the product lighter.

The Shoulder Caps are based around CCM's UFoam design which includes lightweight EPP pro level protection.

The Torso is built with premier Zotefoam and has protection pads that can be removed depending on your personal preference optimizing the fit and creating a seamless transition of protection from Pant to Shoulder.

The Biceps are a high density molded foam and feature length adjustments. Again, features like the length adjustment create that customized fit, so your Elbow - Bicep Protection / Shoulder Pad transition is gap free.

The Sternum and Spine on the FT1 Shoulder is very well protected. The anatomical molded RocketFrame composite shell give you the effect of body armour on these very important areas. To add a level of comfort, CCM has created a Neck Comfort Pad to ensure that armour like effect isn't felt as bulky or uncomfortable.

The Clavicle area is covered by a floating HD molded foam. These key impact areas remain protected no matter the situation.

Looking inside the CCM FT1, you almost forget about all the above mentioned protection due to its soft comfortable feel. The liner features DryFoam technology, which is exactly as it sounds. The laminated water repellent lining absorbs less sweat, keeping the user drier longer.
