Features on the M5 Pro include a CURV composite sternum, molded Hyperlite foam, and AMP split biceps.

Shoulder Caps & Protection

The shoulder caps feature a low profile AMP design, or Active Motion Performance, which is an advanced technology incorporated into the shoulder caps to enhance mobility and responsiveness. These AMP caps are engineered to be lightweight and adapt dynamically to the player's range of motion, providing reliable protection against impacts while keeping the shoulder pads lightweight and responsive.

Sternum Protection

The sternum area of the Bauer M5 Pro shoulder pads is the same as the Mach, featuring a floating design that optimizes protection and mobility. With this design, the sternum can move independently, adapting to the player's body movements and providing a secure yet flexible fit. Additionally, the use of CURV composite material in this area ensures that the protection remains lightweight without compromising on safety. The front panel of the shoulder pads also incorporates molded Hyperlite foam, which offers the advantage of being water-resistant, preventing absorption and maintaining a lightweight feel throughout the entire game.
